Typically, one to two thirds of our compensation is tied to achieving a successful outcome, giving us a strong incentive to deliver results early. In most cases there is an equity component to our compensation, creating alignment of long term interests. We will use our network to help you recruit and retain top talent globally. We will open doors to new customer, supplier and partner relationships at the highest levels. We will go the extra mile or three for you.
Richard has worked across all parts of the innovation spectrum from development through to commerce including company formation and leadership in both large and small organizations. From his broad scientific background, covering bio-science, chemistry, materials and engineering, he transitioned to opportunity and company development where he has spent the last 10 years mostly working for investors. Richard provides pro-bona support to exciting start-ups at Imperial College, London where his most recent protegee has won major funding awards and is well on the way to success. His current interest areas are anti-microbials, sensors, biogas, water remediation and bio-fouling.
Séamus has over twenty years’ experience building businesses around new technology as CEO, executive or board member. He was building distributed object-oriented securities trading systems in the 1990s, big data systems before they were cool, managed the team that built one of the first large-scale enterprise SAS systems, and spent six years building technology businesses in China with venture and private equity financing. Séamus is a lead mentor for TechStars Mobility in Detroit, instructs and helped develop the SAE Connected Vehicle Professional certification program, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He is an investor, board member, or adviser to a number of early stage technology companies, including Invision AI, Rally, Cambridge Quantum Computing, The Next Education and Aerotronic.
